Great Burgers, but they are a bit on the small size. If you are used to bigger burgers, I would at least get yourself a Double Meat to hit the spot. Crinkle Fries are also very good, and if you add cheese, they are even better, just saying. I've had burgers from Shake Shack a few times, and have had a good burger each time.

Madhouse phone orders counter orders, just crazy. First time having a shake shack. I'm from the West coast it's like a smash Burger, but unique in it's own way. I ordered a shake burger and a salted caramel shake. Very good. For it being a small burner and shake it was filling. Love the fluffy bun in the burger, ingredients were all fresh and tasty. My shake was delicious, I can see why they call it a frozen Custard because it's quite different from your average ice cream shake. Give it a go, got my blessing.

Busy but fast! The employees were a cheerful group that sang "Happy Birthday" to a young kid.

One of my favorite spots is Shacke Shack. Always the same old burgers. They are amazing. You can order online and pick up your order until they open door.

I am surprised by the quality of burger here. It's well done and qhite different from other fast food place. I can say it's no comparison and in fact, it's so easy and relaxing atmosphere that I'd come back for sure.

Great place. You must go. Very crowded but with an awesome vibe. Enjoyed waiting on line, seeing how they operate all of the people in the kitchen, beepers going off, madness. I loved every minute. Finally getting to our table, eating that great burger, I could’ve eaten 2. Ummmm I must say I really loved it.

I love Shake shack every where in the world but when I was there. The food wasn't good. No enough seats :(

The line can be pretty long at times, but the food is delicious and reasonably priced. The shake sauce really gives the burgers a unique flavor. The staff is upbeat and friendly.

Well what can I say??? Best quality burger and delicious shake.The patty used on the burger is juicy and quite tender. The fries that they used is addicting and the shake... Oh my... Oh my... The shakes are amazing. And the crazy part about it is, it compliments the burger.This is our go to place during our trip, and it's very convenient since this branch is near POIs in Manhattan. Yes it can be a bit crowded since we all know NYC is a tourist spot but that's what the whole experience is about.

Given you’re in Times Square, this place is packed. However, the lines move very quick. The efficiency is unbelievable for the location. If you like Shake Shack, you know you won’t be disappointed. If you’ve never tried, then you must!

Cool place. Never frozen beef cutlets make we keep coming all time to this place. Fresh and tasty. Like it a lot. The only thing I wish it could have been a bit cleaner.

Amazing! The place was full of people, but since it was my first time in Shake Shack, I decided to stay. The service was really quick and it was nice to see that the manager even made sure that everything that went out was top quality. I haven't seen this kind of service in any other fast food chains.The burger and fries were delicious. I'm so sad that there are no Shake Shacks in Europe. Great food!

Pretty good burger, pretty good shake, not so good fries. This was my first time at the Shake Shack. It was very crowded, but the ordering system kept things moving quickly. The kitchen staff was moving fast and working hard! Overall, though, given the choice between this and Five Guys I'd go with Five Guys. It's good to know that the meat is organically sourced, though.

I thoroughly enjoyed shake shack. As a fan of In n Out from the West coast, I enjoyed this better. The Smoked burger had an awesome flavor, especially with the cherry peppers. The regular smash Burger was also awesome. What made it perfect for me was the availability of beer and wine.

Delicious and worth the wait. The cheese fries are great, the burgers are somehow the perfect ratio of bun to meat and toppings. Love this place. Get a concrete ice cream, too!

Not a fast food place! If you enjoy waiting 30min for a cheeseburger with fries, that's the place to be. Expect queues, average service and not many seats available.

Shake shack is the best place to go if you want a very good burger and on a good price for the city. Most of the time there are a lot of people but the staff are working very fast so you won't wait a lot. You can order at the moment t only I believe because of the corona.

Service is quick and on point. Hard to grab a seat passed 4pm any day, you're lucky if you do since they get crowded from lunch until closing. Been coming here for years and always leave satisfied.

Visited today and took this picture. It was a busy afternoon and in all randomness this gentleman was motivated, enthusiastic, spontaneous, fast, and motivating others. Never been disappointed by the food.

I am a fan of Shake Shack food, to be sure. However, this location is always crazy busy...and the flow within the restaurant is not great. For example, the place you can wait for your food blocks those trying to get to the condiments. On a lucky night you might secure a cramped slot at one of their standing room tables...and only on really lucky nights might you achieve seating. Therefore, my best advice is to pick this location only if you are looking to take-away your very delicious food.

This ai my favorite place. Great service, very friendly staff. Amazing burgers and every time they are the same which a believe is the best thing. At the moment they do only delivery because of the situation. Hope they open door soon.

The cashier (not sure his name but he was working around 5:45PM on 3/15/2020) had the most outstanding customer service. More ppl in the service industry should lead by his example. Such a caring and compassionate person! My first time here, moved from the west coast to East coast and this is by far the best experience I’ve had! I’ll be back!

A really great fast food place! Definitely done right and most definitely way better than any of the nearby McDonald's. The burgers taste fresh, and even though the patty is thin, it has a ton of flavor! Recommend getting a double if you prefer something more filling. The crinkle cut fries are well made and the shakes are thick and yummy! The atmosphere is great as well, everyone seems to be enjoying themselves, especially the staff as they're really energetic and enjoy doing what they do.

Ordered on line...food ready 5 minutes after we arrived. Had wait for seating but staff helpful in locating one for a family of four. Staff cleaned our table. Observed cleaning throughout the place while we were there....will be back. Loved the burgers and shakes...mmmmm good

This is a beef burger place right?!!! I got a burger, fries, and a shake, total was $20, that’s fine that’s cool. The service was nice and they were quick, maybe too quick! I headed back to my hotel and I grabbed my burger there was no meat on my burger, $20 for no meat that absolutely ridiculous!!

Very good food, especially the burgers! Line moved very quickly and was easy to order. Looking forward to coming here in the future! Soda here might cause a stomachache later on in the day, though. Other that that, one of the best fast food places in the area!

Came in after 11PM and tried order with Apple Pay after forgetting my wallet but turned out this particular location didn’t support that type of payment. Thankfully, the manager Chris and his team helped us figure out a way to make the order work. Everyone was super helpful and attentive despite it being super busy. Will definitely be back!

Great burgers and the restaurant is nice and clean. But the mushrooms are a bit tough and lemonade is too sweet. The service was phenomenal

Pretty average hamburgers, the shakes are too sweet. Very American. When you're on the go or in the mood for a fast meal, it's not the worst option. The food is generally the same quality and it's never extremely bad so you can rely on that. Food is definitely unhealthy but it's ok for once in a while.

We visited the Times Square Shake Shack after our show on a busy Saturday night. Our food was ready quickly and the restaurant was super clean. The staff is very welcoming and the manager Natasha West even took her time to talk to our girls about how she manages a fast-moving kitchen and restaurant. Great experience overall. Way to go Ms. West and team!

Wow o wow what a great burger! I ordered a double triple decker bacon super supremo slam with extra mushrooms and jalapenos with a side of the creamy spinach garlic artichoke dip with garlic fries with ultimate sauce, i couldn't believe all the flavors! I will definitely be back to order this again. The chocolate shake was actually pretty weak though. O well, win some lose some.

Meals are good. Chicken burger, hot dog, milk shakes are really delicious! I recommend. But, they have no coffee. That was sad (

We love the thought behind the whole process here at Shake Shack. With long waits your offered a buzzer to hold for when your food is ready. There are several standing tables available as well as it gets very busy. You get a bathroom code to use the restroom so the public cannot be using it which is GENIUS! The food was awesome! We had a chicken burger and regular one. Love the crinkle cut fries!

I can't wait to come back to the shake shack in America! Perfectly sized burgers with quality vegetables on it. These burgers are almost better than a&w and that's a hard one to beat. Really good selection at shake shack for different foods!

Shake Shack is a quick counter service restaurant. It is a very busy place that doesn't have enough tables for everyone who wants one. Other customers will hover around diners who are sitting in order to snag their table when they are done. The workers at Shake Shack were professional and nice when I was there. I'd have to say the best thing I've had at SS are the fries. Really good and crispy. Thumbs up on the chicken sandwich too. The shakes are very thick and pretty mild in flavor.

I really like the burgers here. Worth the wait and friendly staff even though they are almost always packed. Try the milkshakes, peanut butter is my personal favorite

Solid burgers, amazing milkshakes! I loved their mushroom burger, though they could use a bit more seatings. Very close to a hotel though, making their location convenient to anyone visiting.

Crowded but efficiently managed service. Great burgers in the heart of it all. They're well known for their milkshakes and cheesy fries. Quick great option to eat and continue your busy day in the big apple.

As always, awesome Shack burger and fries. Even during a very busy Saturday night, we were able to manage and get a table for 4 and enjoy our meal!!! Highly recommended.

Vegan burger was unique and fresh. The ambiance was very crowded but the staff did a fabulous job of moving the crowd along, service was just as responsive. A few bar stool would be a nice added touch for the taller tables. Overall a pleasant experience.

First time trying Shake Shack!! Loved it!! Juicy burgers, fries were outstanding and the shakes... well they were a treat. I’d be back.. and I’d order the same burger... was brilliant

First time visiting a shake shack. Was visiting NYC, watching a broadway show. This location is a short walk from Broadway, and serves food fast. Their burgers are AMAZING, and the chicken sandwich just as amazing.

Super overcrowded, but tasty. Take any combo and caramel shake. Try not to die because of calories. If you have non American name, get yourself an American name. Btw, chances to have a sit are super small.
